Disconnected Couples Reconnect

Maria works with high achievers, individuals tired of living with anxiety and depression, and disconnected couples.

Maria has a warm and welcoming personality. Her unique and genuine style of relating allows her to listen carefully to her clients and offer insight. She uses her skills and tools to help her clients experience the kind of healing and growth they are seeking. Maria’s primary therapeutic approach is Emotional Focused Therapy, however she incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client Centered approach to fit her client’s needs.

Since 2014, Maria has helped adults in the Texarkana area find relief from anxiety and depression. She has worked alongside couples and helped them get insight into each other’s world, regain trust and learn to communicate effectively again.
